Each building and each remodelling have their own personality. And the building on Ronda San Pedro, close to Paseo de Gracia, clearly required specific positioning. And we wanted to provide it with the answer it was looking for.
Our aim was to transform it into a building for commercial and office use, where top-level companies would have the opportunity to carry out their activity in the centre of Barcelona. Because without a doubt this is one of the major questions when starting a relationship with a property: “what will its best use be?”
The answer is always found by looking to the future, imagining the best possible life for that property and thinking about the needs of people, companies and businesses.
In this case, the Ronda San Pedro building underwent comprehensive remodelling which was an enormous challenge: the two-storey recovery whilst the premises remained open. A highly relevant structural project that ended in 2003.
The result was a solid, modern property adapted to professional life: wide, open spaces, technical floors and high-quality finishes. And if the first image is the one that counts, this is certainly the case. The welcome to the building was noteworthy: an impressive lobby welcomes workers and visitors. An entrance that is characterised by its minimalist, pure lines and its major height.
