Beginnings
Casacuberta has its origins in 1985, when a new generation of the family decided to enter the real estate sector.
At that time, the family owned several textile production properties in Spain. The company decided to divide one of its large industrial complexes into a compound of 34 warehouses, giving rise to the development and promotion of real estate assets. Since then, the company has been acquiring, developing and optimising selected assets in prime locations for each specific use, thus creating a stable, optimised and diversified real estate portfolio.

This growth has been possible thanks to scrupulous respect for our strict criteria for opportunity selection, and attention to detail in the execution of investment, development and management processes.
